You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

This property was the perfect place for our family of four. Fabulous location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, spacious and all the kitchen supplies needed for a great two day staycation. Great location, close to town, slopes etc. Highly recommend this property.
Great location and comfy space. Mattresses could use replacement. Very short walk to base of Peak 9 and into town. Would stay here again because of the location!

Wonderful Condo - Centrally Located
This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is centrally located and it is so nice to be able to park our vehicle and walk to all the great shops and restaurants. Or we could take the shuttle. We would definitely love to stay in this condo again.
Loved the location! Very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Would like better lighting in the master bath (love the heated floor!) and family room. Otherwise, perfection!
This is a beautiful unit in a very nice complex. Close to everything and it has all of the amenities you would need. We stayed there in the summer so I can’t speak to the proximity of a ski lift, but it is walkable to everything in downtown Breckenridge

This was a great place to stay! The views from the balcony are perfect! It’s an easy walk down to Main Street. The only negative thing is walking around the property can be confusing at first and there are no locks on the interior doors within the suite. But the place is very secure. Would definitely be back.
We brought our two boys to Breck for the first time this summer. Our top thing on the wish list was central location. We loved that we could walk all over with easy access to Main Street. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the sound of the creek right outside the living room/balcony! Rained one of the days, so made use of the theater room down in the lobby - fun experience for the kids. One tip is to watch out for the fireplace surround. We all stubbed our toes on it a couple times on the way out to the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty good
The inside is beautiful, clean, well kept and very homey. However the building itself is very confusing and front desk does not do a good job at explaining directions. We kind of had to figure out where to go ourselves and with a property that big it can be difficult by foot. Also hot tub is misleading it’s just one giant community one.
Other than that, loved our stay and it was very nice!!!!!!!! Would come back

Unit was clean and well appointed. Pretty much as advertised. But two single beds in 2nd bedroom were unusable. The depression in the middle of the mattress made sleep impossible. We had to get a hotel room for the part of our family staying in that room. This could be a 5-star unit if the beds were usable.

Cozy two bedroom
We have stayed in many different units in Waterhouse over the past year. This cozy corner unit is beautiful, in a great location, has comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen (wish all the units came with stainless steel cookware instead of toxic non-stick pans). The bedrooms are a bit smaller than many other units but still very comfortable. The two twin beds in the second bedroom are great for younger kids. Since the balcony overlooks the pool and hot tubs as well as the utility entrance for the condos next door, noise is definitely a factor until the pool closes promptly at 10pm, at which point things finally got quiet.

Absolutely wonderful
We stayed here for a spring skiing trip. The condo is in awesome condition. We loved every bit of it. Perfect size, high quality finishes, excellent kitchen. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Ski rental was easy and a short walk to the slopes.
We like to cook in and the kitchen was great for that. Some condos have a "baseline" of spices etc. (sugar, salt, pepper, basic spices, olive oil) that helps with that (feels wasteful to buy all that new), note that this condo does not. We love the condos that do, and it is a small investment to make something that is already such a great condo absolutely perfect

Waterhouse Stay
The Master Bath wreaked of mildew. The shower floor is covered with it and the bathmat outside the shower was dirty (I have pics). For $220 per night, we expected more. We entertained leaving, but this is our one vacation per year. We closed the master bath door and used the guest bath.
Also, the mattresses are extremely taco-ed and uncomfortable. The condo overall is charming and the location is fantastic, but due to the cleanliness, we will not be back. For the price we paid, we expected more. Also, the guest bath shower curtain liner was covered in soap scum

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can't ask for a better location. It is located just across the street from Main Street. The property is well maintained. However, we did note one of the twin beds was slightly off kilter. As it was just the two of us traveling, it was not a concern and we did not investigate the cause further. The lighting in the living area is also quite dim. We noticed two lights that show above the couch in the photos were no longer in place. That being said, we would return to this property in a heartbeat - so comfortable and inviting. Do make sure you check in at the Vacasa check in area before attempting to locate the unit. Directions could have been a bit more clear that check in at a separate location is needed before going to the unit. Breckenridge is an amazing place to visit and we hope to someday return and stay at this property.

Family ski vacation
This condo unit was perfect for us and our 2 teenage kids. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the lift as well as main street. We appreciated the amenities of the ski valet and hot tubs. The only cons were the 1 parking spot assigned to the unit. They do tell you this in advance. The ladies that checked us in we're not friendly or accommodating. We would rent this condo again.
