Enjoy a true Colorado experience in this Private Log House, right off ski hill road and 5 minutes from downtown. Our three bedroom, two bath rustic log home has a large kitchen, living room with a large stone fireplace, two decks and a private hot tub that overlooks the Arapahoe National Forest. Well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway in Breckenridge. However, we do not allow parties or possession of marijuana or drugs at the house.

The main floor also has the master bedroom and a full bathroom with laundry facilities. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and two with bunk beds. There is another full bath on the second floor. All the bedrooms have large windows which provide breathtaking views. Enjoy moose, elk and deer right out your back door.

This incredible location is minutes from the base of the Peak Eight ski area with convenient access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. You can enjoy snowshoeing or cross country skiing on the Peaks trail system which winds behind the property. Ice skating, sledding and horse drawn sleigh rides are just down the road. In the summer, enjoy mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating on Lake Dillon and golf at the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Course.

Best of all, downtown Breckenridge is just down the hill. Easy access to all the shops, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment that this charming Victorian town has to offer. We are located close to the Breckenridge recreation center which has workout facilities, swimming, tennis, rock climbing and day care.
