IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION: The cleaning fee, regardless of the number of nights, is $150.00 per stay.

Unit 706 in the beautiful Sanibel Condominium is a beautifully decorated condo with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite countertops. The entire living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open glass front that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Public beach access with a boardwalk and shower is located directly across the street. West Beach is a very quiet neighborhood, with little traffic, and is surrounded by beach homes, yet is minutes away from all of the local attractions. There are no condos directly in front of Sanibel, therefore the view is breathtaking. The large balcony is a favorite of our guests and spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed right from the balcony.

This unit is owned by a Christian couple, Craig and Mindy Stringfield, who serve on staff at a Southern Baptist church in Dothan, AL, and take pride in offering a clean, safe environment for your family to enjoy a vacation on the gulf. We do rent by the night, during the off-season only, as well as by the week, and extended rentals are also welcome!

Spectacular! Checks All The Boxes

If you are considering booking this gem, do not hesitate! The amazing view is showcased by the floor to ceiling windows drawing you to the beauty of the gulf. Long mornings on the balcony are a must. The condo is immaculate and has all the perks any vacationer would want. The owner goes above and beyond - communication, thoughtfulness, hospitality and willingness to help in any way possible. Highly recommended! Definitely checks all the boxes: Location, cleanliness, considerate, amenities, friendliness, communication, price. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.
