Gorgeous, Awesome Gulf View in Beautiful Gulf Shores


IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION: The cleaning fee, regardless of the number of nights, is $130.00 per stay.

Unit 706 in the beautiful Sanibel Condominium is a beautifully decorated condo with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite countertops. The entire living room, kitchen, and dining area have an open glass front that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of America.

Public beach access with a boardwalk and shower is directly across the street. West Beach is a very quiet neighborhood,with little traffic, and is surrounded by beach homes, yet is minutes away from all of the local attractions. There are no condos directly in front of Sanibel, therefore the view is breathtaking. The large balcony is a favorite of our guests and spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed right from the balcony.

This unit is owned by a Christian couple, Craig and Mindy Stringfield, who serve on staff at a Southern Baptist church in Dothan, AL, and take pride in offering a clean, safe environment for your family to enjoy a vacation on the gulf. We do rent by the night, during the off-season only, as well as by the week, and extended rentals are also welcome!

Great condo with great owners. It was perfect for our family of four, offering clean and comfortable accommodations for everyone. Not to mention, a great view and balcony, which is perfect at all hours. This place also offers a short walk to the beach and a great W. Beach Blvd. location that's just out of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, but still very close to everything. We'll likely be back and when we do, we'll have fishing rods to take advantage of the fishing access just steps to the northeast of the building.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfectly clean and ready to enjoy! The location was perfect for getting our feet in the sand and the view was beautiful! We really enjoyed the two rooms with private bathrooms as we had our 2 teenage daughters with us. The kitchen had everything we needed and was setup well to do meals in when we wanted. Craig was wonderful at communicating and checked it to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

As soon as we arrived we knew that we would be booking this condo again. The owner was great to deal with and even checked in with us to make sure that we made it safely and everything was ok. If you haven’t booked yet, what are you waiting on?

The bedrooms were spacious, master bed was comfortable. The entire condo was clean, neat, and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Of course, the view was second to none!! Early morning coffee and sunrise on the balcony was just what the doctor ordered. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The elevators were always available and easy to access. We took advantage of the pool and workout areas at the resort- which itself was also clean, easy to navigate, and safe.

This unit was amazing!! The unit was very clean, fully stocked and my family and i loved it.. The view was outstanding.. Being able to sit out on the balcony and feel a cool breeze from the water was everything!!! The owner of this unit was very helpful with suggesting eating places and other things. Please don’t miss out on this gem! You will be sorry! It was the cleanest, freshest, nicest, and best location condo we’ve ever stayed in. Owner is super nice and I can’t say it enough how clean this unit was. Plenty of room and the view was spectacular.
