This detached barn conversion is in the village of Sturminster Marshall near Blandford Forum and sleeps four people.
Parkfield Cottage is in the village of Sturminster Marshall near Blandford Forum in Dorset. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a ground floor double with an en-suite bathroom and an eaves mezzanine twin room which is only suitable for children. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio and lawned area with furniture and a BBQ. Parkfield Cottage is ideal for a couple or a small family to tour this area.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio and small lawned area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: The River Winterborne flows through the garden, although often drying up in the summer, young children should be supervised. Note: The only bathroom is the en-suite to the double. Note: The first floor bedroom has no door, limited head height and is a mezzanine situated above the sitting room making it only suitable for children. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children. Please Note - This property accepts a minimum of 2 nights.
