Great apartment, close to everything

We had 5 adults staying here and had plenty of room for all of us. It is located in a great location, near restaurants, bars, metro and train stations. Very close to the Mercado, easy to walk around (except for the hills :). Nice touch to leave some pods for the washing machine and also a big drying rack for the balcony. We also booked the transfer from the airport to the accommodation and that worked out great.

We enjoyed the apartment overall. Nice to have so many sleeping options and bathrooms. Nice big table. Videos to explain how things worked were appreciated. But, a few extra things would have earned a better rating. Such as: drawers or shelves to unpack. Aside from a hanging rack with a few hangers, there was no place to put clothes, so living out of a suitcase. Zero shelves in bathroom as well. Washer, but no dryer. Drying clothes on a rack on the balcony in the rain doesn’t cut it. One full length mirror is needed. Hot water ran out quickly and we didn’t use the dishwasher at all. Hallways pitch dark at night so coming home after dark is scary. Hallways very dusty. Front door to building didn't lock. Could be pushed open fairly easily.

O apartamento era excelente, correspondia exactamente às expectativas e ao apresentado nas fotos. Era grande, boas áreas, suites para toda a família, o que permitia manter a privacidade e área comum e de refeições espaçosa que favoreceu o convívio e o bem estar. Não poderíamos ter ficado melhor acomodados. Adicionalmente à qualidade do apartamento e das condições oferecidas, já que tinha desde gel banho, a detergentes loiça/máquina, totalmente equipado, há que enaltecer a disponibilidade da equipa do Feel Porto, desde o momento da reserva, o acompanhamento da mesma, a oferta de serviços e de apoio adicional, o check-in e explicação de serviços/área circundante até ao momento do check-out. Foram 7* estrelas, super simpáticos, atenciosos e disponíveis, bem à moda do Porto! Obrigada por tornarem a nossa visita à cidade ainda melhor! A única coisa a apontar é o facto carecer reforçar a insonorização das janelas dos quartos do fundo. De facto, estamos tão bem situados e tão centrais, que nesta zona param autocarros debaixo das janelas do 3 e 4 quartos a toda a hora durante a noite e ficam com o motores ligados. Difícil descansar e ter sonos sem serem interrompidos. É pena. De resto é a escolha perfeita! Parabéns!

Great time

The apartment was great, had all the things you needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the common spaces worked great. The location is excellent with shops, attractions and stores just outside your door. One outstanding experience was the staff at Feel Porto. They were so helpful and had the best attitudes which made the stay even more enjoyable. There were five of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Feel Porto. Highly recommended.
