Semi-detached gite renovated in 2001, adjoining the owners'home with terrace and private 1000 sq m garden, set on their market gardening farm. Gr fl: living room-lounge with equipped kitchen recess, shower room and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 dble bed, 2 sgle beds), WC. Baby cot, bathtub and highchair available. This comfortable gite will prove to be an ideal holiday resort: 500 yds from the centre of Pleubian, rural district located in the heart of the wild peninsula, unusual place of geological interest to see, with for instance the Talbert mouth (Sillon) and its 3 beaches that greatly delight the suntan and bathing fans. Pleasant stone cottage for a relaxing holiday near the coast!
