Home away from Home

Once again a great location for vacation in St. Malo. Veronique was a quite supportive host. Even problems with the heating system/electricity got solved within short notice. The apartment ist big and comfortable as well as a calm retreat to stay. Great sandy beach just within 2 Min. distance by foot. Bakery, little supermarket, close by. Would book this apartment any time again.

A very enjoyable December holiday

My family and I (3 adults, 1 child) very much enjoyed staying at this well provisioned apartment. Veronique was very responsive to text messages. We especially liked the easy access to the boardwalk and beach of St. Malo. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. The only suggestion we have is that bathtub shower grab bars be installed in order that older folk like me could more easily get in and out of the bathtub when taking a shower. Merci beaucoup !

We felt really comfortable in this beautiful apartment: The spaciousness, the furniture, the decoration, the well-equipped kitchen - everything was tasteful and functional. You won't miss anything! The beach (Rochebonne) is literally around the corner and it is a nice walk along the sea to the historical center of Saint-Malo. We enjoyed the quietness in the house and always had a good night`s sleep in the comfortable bed. The contact with Veronique was very nice and helpful. Should we come back to Saint-Malo, we would definitely stay here again!

Die Entfernung zur Strandpromenade mit Restaurants oder zu Fuß nach Saint Malo ist mit zwei Minuten einfach hervorragend! Abends mit Baguette, Käse und Wein den Sonnenuntergang und die hohen Wellen am Strand von Paramé beobachten... herrlich! Trubel? In der Wohnung ist es super ruhig! Veronique ist sehr interessiert daran, ob es Gästen gut geht, steht für Informationen und Nachfragen zur Verfügung, der Check-In ist genau beschrieben.Die Wohnung ist im 'Brocante' Stil eingerichtet, gemütlich dekoriert, mit sehr gut eingerichteter Küche und wirklich guten Betten.Wir finden wohl, es wäre besser, wenn bereits im Inserat steht, dass der Balkon nicht betreten werden darf und der Kamin nicht genutzt werden soll - beides aus Sicherheitsgründen und daher verständlich. Wir wussten es nicht, haben an kalten Abenden den Kamin genutzt und erfuhren erst im Nachhinein, dass es nicht erlaubt ist. Auch würde einen das große Baustellenschild am Haus dann nicht so überraschen. Im Übrigen tut es der Wohnung keinen Abbruch! Man kann die schönen, bodentiefen Fenster ja öffnen und nach hinten ist es sogar schön grün.Eine kleine Verbesserung wäre, wie es schon andere geschrieben haben: Mehr große Tassen und die Prospekte einmal aussortieren. Das Tischchen mit den Kabeln fanden wir auch nicht so schön.Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung aufgrund der beschriebenen Vorteile für empfehlen! Danke an Veronique!!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön, etwas überdekoriert.Betten und Bettwäsche sehr gut. Hinter den Türen u. in den Schubladen: Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck leider abgenutzt, alt - alte Zeitschriften/Prospekte, Kabel, Lappen, Krimskrams ohne Ende ,wie vom Flohmarkt- nichts wird entsorgt. Schade wegen der schönen Aufmachung

Je vous remercie d'avoir partagé votre expérience. Concernant votre avis sur la sur-décoration et les objets de décorationdécoratifs type brocante c'est tout à fait subjectif. Jusqu'a présent les clients ont toujours apprécié l'ambiance de l'appartement. Les photos sur le site correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Tous les avis clients sont de 5/5 Vous parlez aussi des casseroles. Je viens de les changer, les casseroles et poeles sont toutes neuves d'une marque réputée En fait votre note 3/5 correspond plutôt à votre mécontentement par rapport à l'arrivée où je vous avais bien indiqué (mails et photos) que les clés étaient à récupérer dans une boite à clés sur le côté droit de la maison et vous avez regardé sur le côté gauche. Après mon RDV Médical je vous ai contacté par téléphone vous m'avez raccroché au nez, je vous ai adressé des messages SMS et mails sans avoir aucun retour de votre part. Désolée

Sehr schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos, es sollte allerdings erwähnt werden, dass der Balkon nicht benutzt werden darf, da baufällig. Ansonsten alles bestens. Kontaktlose Übergabe. Netter und prompter Mailkontakt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I have just come back from this property and would not hesitate to recommend it. The communication with the owner was excellent and Veronique checked through the week to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The property is a stones throw from the lovely beach and minutes to cafes and shops. We barely used our car as we had everything we needed to hand. We walked on the beach to st Malo which was lovely. Overall a great holiday and we will definitely book again.

Un très bel endroit à Saint Malo

Un appartement très agréable à vivre (on se croirait à la maison !), très cosy, belle décoration, tous les équipements nécessaires et la proximité de la plage !!!! Le quartier de Rochebonne est très chouette et les propriétaires, charmants et très arrrangeants. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in 2. oder 3. Reihe zum Strand und hat auch sonst alles, was man zu einem tollen Urlaub benötigt. In der direkten Umgebung ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, es gibt verschiedene Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu buchen ist sehr gut, in der Sommersaison wahrscheinlich notwendiger als im Dezember. Veronique war immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

Très bel appartement idéalement placé ! L'accueil a été très bien organisé avec une super réactivité pour répondre à nos besoins. Véronique prend régulièrement des nouvelles durant le séjour afin de s'assurer que nous ne manquons de rien. Seul bémol,la cheminée n'est pas fonctionnelle et il serait bien de le préciser dans l'annonce Je recommande vivement très bonne expérience !!

Fantastic Accommodation in Saint-Malo

Great value. Close to a stunning beach and the walled city (about 30 mins. walk). Roomy and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Very quiet. Kitchen fully equipped. Mont Saint Michel accessible by bus for 12 euro per person return. This place has it all including very helpful owner.

Schöne Wohnung ganz nah am Strand

Wunderbare Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung!

Die Wohnung von Veronique und Bernhard ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Gespür für schöne Dinge eingerichtet. Viele Bilder, Pflanzen und kleinere Accessoires haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Küchengeräte, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Herd und Mikrowelle, alles da und in allerbestem Zustand. Die Lage in Parame ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Man ist in einer Minute an Promenade und Strand, erlebt dort traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und herrliche Spaziergänge. Uns hat besonders die Bebauung in Parame begeistert, herrliche Villen und kleine Häuser in bretonischem Stil, Parame ist u. E. der schönste Ortsteil in St. Malo. In direkter Umgebung sind neben einem sehr guten Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt auch viele Restaurants, Creperien usw. zu finden. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir haben hier einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht.
