We had been to this house before. It is a great location and beautiful home. The property management experience could have been better. We got there after five due to traffic. An envelope with our keys and a letter was waiting for us. Upon opening the envelope, we had received only one key to the house even though they knew we had seven adults with us. Additionally, they did not provide the key to the storage unit. Because we had been there two years earlier, we knew the storage unit had folding chairs and, as such, did not bring enough from Ohio. We eventually got more house keys and the storage unit key, but we were told not to lose the storage unit key because it was the only one. If we had not known about the storage unit, we would not have had access to it. Also, the washer did not work properly. It would only work with hot water not cold. Supposedly a repair man stopped by to fix it, but the cold water never came on. The WiFi channel and password on the introductory letter were Incorrect as well. We figured it out but the welcome letter should be updated. We feel it might have been good customer service for the realty to drop off the missing keys versus making us go back to the office to get them.
