Modern house of 120 m2 – 2 minutes from the beach

This modern house is located in the Pays des Abers, along the banks of Aber Benoit. You will only walk two minutes to reach the perfect sand of the nearest beach. The house offers a wonderful sea view from the living room and the garden.
The house is perfectly rented for a four people family .
On the ground floor, you will find a large space of 60 m2 which includes a modern kitchen opened on the lounge space and the dining area
On the same floor you will also access to two kid bedrooms equipped with a single bed in each. Those bedrooms are separated from the living area with a door to ensure a quiet night atmosphere.
The bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also located on this floor.
On the first floor you will find the parents bedroom with a queen size bed and you can directly access to a large lounge space with a second TV and many books. You will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
A separate toilet is also located on this floor.
The house is fully oriented to the South and and you can directly access to the garden from the ground floor rooms.
You can also relax on the large sundeck all over the day.
We provide our guests with linen and towels. However as we worked with a Conciergerie for the checkins/checkouts, We don’t provide the bed sheets. You can rent them if needed to the Conciergerie as well as some childcare equipments. The Conciergerie offers many other services to ensure a comfortable stay for you.

A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon arrival, preferably by check.
We also ask you to pay 75 euros for the 3-hour cleaning service at the end of your stay.

Rental duration: at least 1 week = 7 nights
