The Hôtel Jean de Rat, a XVII century noble house, is a real jewel hidden in the most prestigious road of Montagnac, next to Pézenas, in the heart of the Herault valley.

The residence offers three luxury private apartments, situated on the first floor, for an overall capacity of 10-15 people.

The ground floor of the residence, organised around a small charming garden, is a communal space for all residents and consists of a large reception hall, an indoor heated swimming pool for moments of relaxation, a shaded terrace ideal for socialising, a games room.

The Luxury private apartment "Lojas", ideal for 4 people (can accomodate 6), is situated the noble 1st floor of the house and consists of :
- 2 ensuite bedrooms
- 1 open plan lounge / Kitchen with a sleeping area for 2
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 private terasse

Wonderful accommodations! Great Hosts!

Very nice place to stay for my wife and myself as well as the two teenage girls. Beautiful courtyard to come back to after visiting the area. We also made great use of the pool and the games room. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

L’appartement est plus agréable que nous pouvions l’imaginer ! L’ameublement et les équipements sont de grande qualité, de même la décoration, sans oublier les parties communes très bien décorées et très bien entretenues. Le jardin est magnifique et frais (nous y étions pdt une période de canicule). Michel a mille initiatives pour que nous nous sentions bien accueilli et a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de vigilance afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce lieu et leurs si sympathiques hôtes.

Beautifully restored apartment

The apartment has been beautifully restored to a very high standard. It is very elegant and tasteful. The communal facilities are also excellent, especially the heated indoor pool which, for our stay in April, was greatly valued. The owners were very hospitable and friendly to us. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Le logement et la bâtisse sont rénovés avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avions réservé pour le week-end mais nous y serions restés d’avantage pour profiter du jardin et de la piscine.
