Explore this elegant villa boasting breathtaking views and a heated infinity pool! Perched on the famous Corniche d'Or and recently renovated with refinement, this air-conditioned residence is a true haven of peace. Just a stone's throw from the sea, only 200 meters from the sandy beach of Anthéor and 500 meters from the first cove, this villa offers a spectacular view of the Mediterranean, its yachts, and cruise ships.

With six parking spaces, an electric car charging point, and a basement equipped with fitness equipment and a ping-pong table, everything is designed for your comfort. Each of the six air-conditioned rooms includes a private shower room, storage space, and a TV. The Master Suite, located upstairs, has a dressing room with a nursery, a shower room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Two other rooms also have private terraces with sea views. The spacious living room offers a panoramic view of the ocean thanks to a large bay window opening onto a terrace overlooking the heated pool.

Independently from the villa and without connection to our agency, an 18-meter boat is available for rent, with a captain depending on the season. Two Yamaha underwater scooters and two paddleboards are also at your disposal.

On WhatsApp, a dedicated group is created as soon as you book to facilitate your stay. The villa managers and you participate in it for fast and efficient communication before and during your stay.
Upon your arrival, one or more agents will welcome you and carry out a digital inventory that will be posted on the WhatsApp group dedicated to your rental.
If no damage is found, the deposit will automatically be released by the booking platform, in accordance with their terms of service. Please note that we do not have access to this deposit and do not manage any financial transactions.
In the event of damages found at your departure, the photos posted on the WhatsApp group upon your arrival will serve as proof, preventing any misunderstanding or dispute from the various parties involved.

According to the law, the tenant can replace the damaged items identically before their departure or find an amicable agreement with the owner, otherwise, the deposit will be blocked until the owner commissions a company and obtains its quote.
Arrival is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the possibility of arriving earlier upon request. Departure is planned between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of leaving later upon request. Outside agency hours, a travel fee of €50 will be requested in cash upon arrival or departure.
Cleaning is included, but we ask you to empty the dishwasher and trash cans before you leave and to clean the barbecue after each use.
The pool is not currently equipped with lighting. The wifi is ADSL.
