Beautiful and comfortable family villa, quietly situated on the heights of the private hill of Anthéor, an estate close to Saint-Raphaël on the French Riviera coast.
The 230sqm villa can accommodate 14/15 people and offers a breathtaking view of the Sea, with Swimming Pool, Barbecue,Table tennis and enclosed parking.
Ideal for a family reunion, a group of friends and families.

The house is organised on 3 floors
All Bedrooms and Living Room are fitted with ceiling fans

GROUND FLOOR

2 bedrooms with 1 joint bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) / 1 king size bedroom and the other with 2 single beds and a bunk bed / Both bedrooms with sea view
2 bedrooms with 1 joint.bathroom (shower, sink, bidet) and separate toilets / 1 king size bedroom and 1 queen size bedroom / 1 Sea view room and 1 side view room
1 Lounge/TV corner area open to living room
1 Living room with corner sofa, half level up with panoramic view to the sea

ACCESS
You will be welcome to the house either by us or Alexandre, our local partner, who will be showing you the house and all amenities.
Alexandre will be available for any urgencies during your stay.
He also provides a wide range of contacts you might require (nanny, taxi, ...).
Please be aware that the house is not suitable for mobility impaired people due to raised access to all areas

AREA
The house is on a residential hill, amenities are 5 min drive to the camping, 15 min to the closest town, Agay.
Plenty of secluded coves to the bottom of the hill and sand beaches to Agay bay.
Wide range of nautical activities in the area: scuba diving, jet skiing, tubing, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, …
More activities in the area also comprise water park, amusement park, golf, hiking, or buggy rides in the National park of the Esterel just behind the house.
30 minutes from Cannes, passing through the Esterel and crossing the coves with the most beautiful views of the French Riviera, and 50 minutes from Nice airport.
Local train at the bottom of the hill for the best views of the coast.
It is highly recommended to have a car so as to best enjoy the local attractions and amenities

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 2000€ is required upon arrival and will be given back at end of stay following a satisfactory inspection of the house. This can be arranged either through the platform or directly on arrival.
Alternatively a proof of travel insurance covering your stay is acceptable.
