About this property

A Special Home in the North Fork of Long Island

Secluded in our quiet little Mattituck Inlet community, our home feels like a well-kept secret, full of good vibes and perfect for enjoying nature.
We truly have only had the best times here!
In the middle of wine country and farm stands, we are just a short drive to Love Lane, Mattituck train station, The Jitney bus stop, the local supermarket and well loved Magic Fountain.
Breakwater Beach, on the Long Island Sound, is just a 2-minute drive or a short bike/walk away.

Access our community from a little dirt road... this charming cedar clad Cape-Cod style house is rustic on the outside with a modern style and all of the conveniences on the inside.
Our home has a very bright, modern and minimalist interior with white wood floors, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, with a rain shower downstairs and bathtub upstairs. It's high design, but feels lived in and cozy.
Wake up to the sunshine beaming through the skylights in the very private upstairs bedrooms.
There’s a charming outdoor shower that feels like you are at a luxurious outdoor spa after a day at the beach.
Feel free to connect to the JAMBOX so you can connect and create your own soundtrack.
Our home is in a very secluded, private & natural little area, so we ask that any outdoor music gets turned off at sunset and that guests enjoy quiet nights on the outdoor deck under the stars.

The full house will be available for your stay.
We have 2 owners closets that are locked and with limited washer dryer access in the basement.

Although you’ll see photos of a wood burning stove, we have not made that available to guests. The hot tub is clean and functioning.
Our house is located on a gravel road with a couple of other houses, but the backyard is not fenced in.

A breath of fresh air

Can't say enough about this one, my family and I had a magnificent stay. I have travelled often over the past twenty years and stayed in many vacation rentals. It is awesome to run into experiences like this - seamless communication, accuracy in description, and most importantly - incredible time spent in serene nature, in a beautifully designed, truly comfortable home.
