There are 2 decks that allow you to hear the waves as you watch people on the boardwalk. Great Room with modern kitchen and large screen TV. In fact there are TV's in every bedroom, but why watch TV when you're that close to the ocean! Outdoor showers, two off-street parking places and a garage for beach equipment storage.

Perfect location for beach and porch-based people watching

This place was perfect for our extended family get-away. The large kitchen table fit all 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids), we were steps to the beach, and spent all our afternoons and evenings on the front porch enjoying the sea breeze and the people-watching. A few wonderful things for the younger visitors that I’m not sure the listing mentions: first, the front porch is only accessible from the house so the kids can’t escape :) Secondly, both indoor showers have hand-held detachable shower heads so bathing the kids is easy, there’s a dresser full of games and puzzles, and lastly there’s a big garage for storage of all the beach gear. Two of the rooms even had enough space for a pack n play, too. I don’t think you’ll find a better place for a week (or more) with friends and/or kids. Highly recommend!

As you might expect from the title, this is a great location. perfect house for 2 weeks at the shore. Everything as advertised.
