Delphine welcomes you to an authentic traditional Morvandelle farmhouse from the early 19th century, completely restored and rehabilitated into a comfortable holiday resort, steeped in family & personal history ("family house" since always, former home of her great-grandmother) . Calm environment, within a mini rural family hamlet nestled in the middle of the hilly countryside in the hollow of the verdant Arroux valley (bucolic river full of fish which flows just a stone's throw away), on the immediate edge of the bocage hosting the famous peaceful Charolais cows in season as ultra-privileged neighbours. Soothing rural & unspoiled natural setting adjoining several large ponds and vast wild forests to discover during walks or mountain bike rides. 8.5 km from the center of the center of the small typical village of Uxeau nestled at the foot of Mont Dardon culminating at 506 meters above sea level, exceptional belvedere & former Gallic oppidum offering a spectacular panoramic view of the high places of southern Burgundy such as the mountains of Mont Beuvray, Uchon or Mont Saint-Vincent and up to Mont Blanc on a clear day (with dedicated orientation table). Spacious comfortable cottage. Large living room. Warm country character with contemporary accents. Zen and soft atmosphere. Complete quality equipment. Large terrace to the south (sheltered & shaded under a pergola) opening onto a pleasant enclosed vegetated & flowery garden, overlooking the neighboring pastures.
