It was a great place to stay for four nights restaurants nearby ,very clean host was great . The only thing I would do different is that more towels in the bathroom and some paper towels in the kitchen. But I will give it a 10 out of a 10.

Worked well

This property was as listed and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Checking into the building for the first time is a bit confusing, but not too bad. Location is great and was central to our activities. All in all, a good spot.

The Kitchen Listing shows a Fully stocked kitchen, there was 1 Coffee Cup! and 1 medium skillet and 1 small skillet needless to say the Fully Stocked Kitchen was not set up adequately for two people let alone 6 people. For the cleanliness, the shower curtains need to be replaced, and there was a lot of dust on the door Frames in the On-Suite Bathroom, we could not find any extra toilet paper, We could not find any extra linens, and the carpet felt like it needs to be replaced. The location was excellent, but for the Extra Price it cost for the Holiday/Race weekend, the amenities were definitely not as advertised. Even though the parking was disclosed in the description it comes at an extra cost that should be included.

Fabulous Indianapolis getaway

This was a great rental. The location is amazing: 4 blocks to convention center and accessible via indoor skyways the whole way. Mall and restaurants all close by. The canal is close for a morning run or evening stroll. The unit is gorgeous. Well appointed and spotless clean. I have never encountered a nicer bed at a VRBO. But the best part is the excellent property manager. We had an issue with our unit and we’re moved to an equivalent one the next day. The property manager is very warm and welcoming and responsive and made us feel well cared for.

It was absolutely a Disaster. First problem was not able to enter locked doors to lobby. Later found out lobby keys in lockbox in room . The room were like staying in an underground bunker. The A/C was very uncomfortable. bedrooms were 80 degrees while living room was 60 degrees. All kinds of rules . Take out the trash or a fine . Wash your dishes or a fine , and the list continues. There was not anyone available on the premises to help . No service of any kind . Next day after checkout they charged my credit card for smoking and said we stained the carpet, which is untrue. I could not recommend if it was free.

Stayed 2 nights. Location was perfect as we could walk to every thing. Parking and check in was a bit confusing but owner explained and responded very quickly to our messages. Was asked to complete couple things at check out and felt they were all reasonable as I would want the same if it was my property. Definitely recommend and will use for our next trip to downtown Indianapolis.
