About this property

**Perfectly located only 1 mile from the Hangout, Hwy. 59 and Walmart.**

I now own 3 units at Crystal Shores West! My other 2 units are VRBO 638779 (3 bedroom) and VRBO 458792 (2 bedroom). I've owned/ managed vacation rentals for approximately 20 years.

I am excited to share our home away from home with you. I manage the condo; however we have housekeeping and maintenance close by in case there's a need. Our rates are lower than all rental agencies!

Lower level **Unit 205** - on 5th level (3 levels of parking below)

Why did we choose to purchase a unit in this complex? Crystal Shores West is a luxury condominium built in 2006 located on the beautiful beach of gulf shores. This unit is on the 2nd floor (actual floor is 5th after parking) due to the parking below. You'll have breath taking views of the gulf and all its beauty. The spacious private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of gulf shores. It is located near shopping, the hangout and restaurants in the heart of gulf shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'

This elegantly decorated condo features large living room, dining area(seating for 8 with bar stools) fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, two full sized bathrooms, fully furnished master bedroom with king size bed and fully furnished guest bedroom with queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa, high speed wireless internet and full size washer and dryer. Plus you have tile in all rooms which is much cleaner than carpet.

This building has all the amenities. Located on the first level you will find a gorgeously designed indoor-outdoor pool (zero entry to 4ft.) with fountain and hot-tub which is heated year around, fully equipped exercise room, activity center with pool tables, fuze ball, television etc., his and her bathrooms, sauna as well as our management office.

Wonderful accommodations

On a scale of 1 to 5 I give this a 10+. It exceeded all expectations. Clean, communications, location and everything else was perfect. This is an example of the condo owner caring about her guest. The TV stopped working. Within 35 minutes from the time we notified her a new TV was delivered!!! Will definitely be back.

This condo has beautiful Gulf views (saw dolphins swimming from our room), easy beach access, close to major attractions and dining but the best part was the host. Karen went above and beyond and made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!!
