The view is breathtaking from our newer beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the twelfth floor.

Master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra large balcony! Inflatable mattress to sleep 2 more.

Great beach and location! Many restaurants and amusements nearby, or just relax on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. Take a walk on the beach in the beautiful sugar white sand.

Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.

Not included, $35 parking pass you by from security upon arrival.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights minimum saturday to saturday.. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

Could not have found a more perfect place to stay on the beach. The view from balcony was great. Condo was clean and had all that we needed. Loved the pool after spending time on the beach. Easy access to the beach was wonderful. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony also. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. Check-in was a breeze and the place was spotless. The view from the balcony was great, we saw dolphins everyday! I didn’t need to contact the owner during our stay but he was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had before we got there . The only downside was that we had to checkout and go back to reality! Book it, you will love it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and the balcony view was great. We did not use the pool but the steam room and sauna were awesome.

The property was great. The condo where we stayed was very well kept and clean. The beach area and view from the room is great. Only complaint would be around the pool area. Most of the pool is shaded all day long, so the water is quite chilly, and sun exposure is limited.

Pool is on the west side of the building, in the shade in the morning only. Pool is heated and water temp is mid 80s.

Everything you would need is provided, unless you're the fussy kind. Great view of the gulf, bed was comfy, everything provided in the kitchen - pots, pans, dishes, glassware -(I like to cook). The bathroom even had an exfoliating shower, (aka water pressure)! You can't go wrong staying here!

Check-in was easy, kitchen has everything one would need, another plus is it’s close to pretty much everything. Balcony was big and spacious to watch the dolphins every morning will drinking our coffee.

time between selling and building a new home!

We had an awesome stay at Island Royale! The condo was well kept, clean and stocked with everything needed! The view is amazing, and the location is ideal, close to everything in Gulf Shores! Checking in was a breeze, as well as the exit! We will use this location and P503 again in the future!
