Although we live in Monterey, Bear Valley is our much- beloved sanctuary. Terry
Terry purchased this Chalet in 1990
Why Terry chose Bear Valley
My brother and I were skiing the central Sierra in the late 80's and never left. The idea of being in a Wilderness area at this altitude in a town of 125 people but with full amenities was extremely compelling.

Rustic and relaxing
Ok, so up front this is a review of a cabin, not a city condo. Its rustic and has character. So don't expect the ritz. But in spite of some mix ups with the snow transportation I have to rate this very highly. We made fires every night, relaxed in the hot tub, used the kitchen the wifi and the tv... and had a magical snowy time. I would love to come back.
awesome cabin, had a blast
we stayed as a family of 3 and one friend over MLK weekend and had an amazing time. cabin is really nice and clean, well equipped and even comes with free snowmobile.
We're definitely planning to come back there.
Thank you Tom and I owe you one for the snowmobile mix up.
Great place to stay, very homey!
Great host and cozy cabin!
We always love our stay at Terry's cabin!
Great time in Bear Vallley
We just finished 2 weeks in Bear Valley at Terry Sullivan's mountain home. The home is located on a beautiful hillside, is very well furnished and we greatly enjoyed our time during the fantastic musical festival.
this cabin is as featured on the website. The cabin is very cozy and rustic. Great location for local hikes. We hope to come back.
