Très Bas de gamme mais accès plage

Séduit par la proximité de la mer et la vue mais dans le local, une seule envie le quitter dès le matin et revenir juste pour un toit la nuit. Tout est au strict minimum, bas de gamme, du fer à repasser à la pendule 3 euros But,cafetière, Vmc inefficace dans la salle de bain odeurs +++ Oreillers à 2 euros chez Noz, rampe grasse, agencement des meubles qui impose de regarder une petite télé pas chère à travers les chaises ou au dessus d une table de cuisine,chaise de foncée, Aucun éclairage sur la petite terrasse le soir, barbecue immonde, pas de petits tapis à l entrée donc sol en permanence sale, Vaisselle arcopal. cher pour ces prestations minables. Cette location est certainement très rentable mais il faut aussi savoir investir et ne pas profiter de l appât de la la proximité de la plage,pour respecter les braves locataires qui espèrent un séjour agréable à port Leucate Roland Vybiral Anne Isabelle Desiderio
