Summer Season in Beautiful Hot Springs Village Golf Course Home

This summer, we will again open the main level of our beautiful golf course home for weekly (2 week minimum), monthly, or summer season rental to a couple or single during June, July, August, and September of 2026. Sorry, no pets or children. Guests will have access to all areas shown in the photos – king bedroom and adjoining full bathroom, office, living room, dining room, TV/movie room, gourmet kitchen and bar, laundry room, deck overlooking the golf course, and garage bay for 1 vehicle.

If you would prefer a shorter stay (2 night minimum), on the lower level of Casa Brilliante is La Cabaña, a private entrance studio apartment which we operate year round as a vacation rental. VRBO listing # 737225.

Before your stay in either, you can be assured that everything will be carefully cleaned and disinfected. All surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant, including switches, remotes, door and cabinet handles, and chairs. All linens will be freshly laundered, including the bed blanket.

The rental area of Casa Brilliante is approximately 2000 sq ft, and is newer construction with an open floor plan and hardwood floors in all living areas. Central AC keeps Casa Brilliante cool in the summer. Guests will have access to a large, carpeted king bedroom with a large closet, and large, adjoining full tile bath with tub/shower. The bathroom vanity is large with several drawers and a granite top. The toilet has a heated, bidet seat. Our master suite will be closed off, but guests will be able to enjoy the rest of the house and deck. The laundry room, kitchen, and partially covered deck have 32" flat screen smart TVs with You Tube TV. The TV/movie room and the guest king bedroom have very large flat screen smart TVs with You Tube TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a LG induction range, Hexclad cookware, large refrigerator with ice maker and cold filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, bar with bar sink, coffee maker, beverage cooler, and quartz countertops. The large, partially covered deck overlooks the golf course and has a comfortable seating area with a gas firepit, Ninja pizza oven, and pellet grill/smoker. Guests will also have access to a single car bay in the garage with remote door opener, ping pong table, and beach chairs. Beautiful Lake Balboa Beach and Marina (boat, kayak and paddleboard rental) is 2 miles from Casa Brilliante, reachable by car or an off-road walking/bike trail.
