Upscale Riverfront Magnificent Views & Hot Tub In Sonoma County Wine Country

Great News.... We have installed a fully automated emergency back up generator. The Russian river area is notorious for power outages, even in the summer months, with the addition of this whole house generator your vacation will no longer be interupted by a PG&E service shut down.
This comfortable four bedroom/three bath house with its stunning views of the beautiful Russian River sleeps 8 and sits on the bank of the river. In the winter months you can enjoy the fireplace in the living room and also in the master bedroom. Note: (river access is limited during the winter months, Private dock is available from mid may through late October depending on river levels). Pack a picnic in the well-equipped kitchen and take the three kayaks down to the river for a paddle, or take a hike through the amazing redwood grove at Armstrong Woods state park, just a short 10 minute drive from the house. The incredible views of the Sonoma coast are a must see and only 25 minutes west on Hwy 116. The quaint town of Jenner offers visitors several dinning choices as well as stunning views of the mouth of the Russian River. After your busy day exploring the Russian River and it's many wineries come home and unwind in the hot tub. If you prefer to stay close to home Tennis rackets and balls are provided for your use at the community courts just down the street.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that all trash is out of the house inclulding the bathrooms on your departure date.
Please wash two loads of towels on quick wash cycle no more than 9 at a time and leave in dryer and in washer.
Remember to hit the start button on the dishwasher before you leave the house, we will put the dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
8 people allowed, a $50 per guest per night fee will be applied for any guests' over the limit of 8. Entrance and exit monitored by camera.
Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or to be left outside unattended.
No glass containers allowed in or around the hot tub, please use plastic glasses.

The Riverfront cabin is very modern clean and right on the river. The accomodations were perfect even for my 5 month old granddaughter. It hade everything you could need for a great stay and was close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

When we planned the trip, we did not expect storms to hit the area. As the storm hit the day we arrived with the power outage, we were not sure whether we should go and contact Charlie. He is very nice to give a couple of options, and it turned out that this property has a power generator to back up a power outage. This indeed saved the trip and the rest of stay was great. The property is surrounded by trees with great views. Due to the storm, we did not go out and enjoy the whole stay inside the house.

This is our second stay at Riverfront. It’s definitely one of the nicest places to stay on the river. It is also well stocked with games, four kayaks, floaties, and life jackets. I highly recommend this property.

The house was very nice, clean, and well stocked with essentials. The only problem for us was, as a group of 70 year olds, we were not able to carry the kayaks down to the river. Everything else was great!

Great spot right on the river

Wonderful stay at the river! The house was incredibly clean with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The multiple decks were amazing. Perfect size for our party of 7, including kids and grandparents. And it was great to be right on the river with access to well maintained kayaks and river floats. We have stayed in the russian river area multiple times-- highly recommend this house!

We had a great time at this beautiful property right on the Russian River. The two upper decks have fantastic views of the river valley, and we greatly enjoyed our last evening barbecuing on the upper deck and enjoying the views from the outside table. The kitchen has all of the utensils you need to fully enjoy the space. There were six of us, and everyone was very comfortable in our rooms. The hot tub was very nice—the first night we had incredible views of the stars from the hot tub. Lastly, several of us utilized the kayaks provided by the owners, and had a great time. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Togetherness on the River

Our family had a wonderful time sharing dinners, floating the river, visiting wineries and local restaurants and hanging out on the decks and dock.The home is well equipped for cooking gourmet dinners. A variety of float toys are available for enjoying the river.The comfortable beds and the peaceful nights are perfect for a sound sleep.Charlie (property manager) was amazing with communication and quick response.It is the perfect spot for family gatherings.

Great bday weekend location

I arranged to have a group spot that friends and I could enjoy and share meals at. The hope is fantastic and has many levels where people can hangout together or separately. The view is fantastic. We were able to float the river and end up back at the homes private deck. Great space for a get away.

Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods.
