- Living room - w/ Sofa Sleeper - Sliding doors to back deck overlooking backyard and River, cozy wood burning fireplace, New large flat screen TV - Comcast Cable/Smart TV and Mini Bar w/ sink, blender and wine glasses…you only need to bring the fun!
- Dining room - Opens to Kitchen. Large table seats 8 - Great for meals and game nights! Sliding door to back, large decks overlooking the Expansive yard and River!
- Bedroom 1- Primary Bedroom w/ Comfy Queen bed, Flat screen TV. Private Bathroom

- Our Kayaks can go in typically mid-June though mid-September
- PET POLICY - Dogs only - NO cats. - $90 Dog Fee per Dog
- 8 People MAX day or night
- 4 CAR MAX DAY and NIGHT - There in no parking in the garage.
- Outside Quiet hours 9PM to 9AM, to be observed by all guests. (Including hot tub and inside game room) We want to be Great neighbors!

- NO LARGE GATHERINGS

- *** Boats at Dock- ONLY during High Season in the Summer when the river is dammed and safe (roughly June - September, but please call us for more info on boat availability!) ***
