Welcome to Green Dolphin Getaway!

Located in the East Beach region of Kiawah Island, this charming villa offers all the luxuries you are looking for on your vacation to the low-country. Whether you are visiting for a golf outing, attending a tennis camp, enjoying bike rides on the nature-filled trails or just wanting to dip your toes in the sand, this condo is steps away away from it all.

Within a half mile of this unit, you can access some of the islands finest destinations: The Sanctuary Resort Hotel & Spa, Town Market, Night Heron Park, Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Club & Tomasso at Turtle Point restaurant. On your way into the island, Freshfields Village offers restaurants, groceries, spa and plenty of shopping! Enjoy a beautiful drive to the end of the island and visit the famous Ocean Course. If you need a day off the island, historic Downtown Charleston is only a 40 minute drive away.

This villa has a beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and offers an abundance of natural light. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. A pull-out couch offers additional sleeping space, if needed. The kitchen has granite countertops, all-white appliances, and comes fully stocked. (We provide both a Keurig and regular coffee pot). It then opens up into the living room, where your family can sit and relax. Finally, a screened-in porch right off of the living room offers a 6 person table and room to store all your sandy items. Each room comes with brand new TCL TV's, that will enable you to log into any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, etc).

Upon arrival, the villa will be stocked with a welcome kit of supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, papers towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent pods. This is meant to get you through the first day or two of your trip. No need to bring all your beach gear - this condo comes with a variety of supplies- beach wagon, cooler, chairs, bluetooth speaker, Bocce Ball set (We do not provide beach towels due to COVID-19). Boardwalk 27 is a half-mile walk from the condo and is on the east side of The Sanctuary.

This villa comes with 2 available parking spaces.

Kiawah Island offers 5 Luxury Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course - Home of the 2021 PGA Championship. Come play where the pros play!

We had a wonderful visit. Tyler was quick to respond to questions and made the rental process as easy as could be. We enjoyed having bike rentals delivered to the condo and beach chairs delivered to beach. Easy check in/check out. Great WiFi and tvs. Kitchen dining is small but porch dining table seats 6. Lovely condo.

We had a great stay at this cozy and clean condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. Rent bikes for sure as we would ride to the beach and took evening rides together each night. Enjoy!

Great Amenities

The Condo was exactly as shown in the pictures - beautiful rooms and comfortable beds with very nice linens. The kitchen was very well stocked (even trash bags, coffee, filters the works). Great place to stay! I highly recommend it.

Lovely Villa!!

This was the first trip to Kiawah for my family and we will certainly be back! The Villa was perfect for my wife, daughter (2 y/o), and I. Everything was clean and comfortable! We loved the proximity to the beach and park. Tyler was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Villa and Kiawah in general!

Nice, but short stay

Everything went well, except the refrigerator door was falling off. They tried to get appliance repair out, but they couldn't get there during our stay. Difficult to manipulate door, but managed to keep things cold.

The condo was fine. I had difficulty figuring out how and where to park a car to get to the beach. They need parking and showers at beach accesses. The bike trails are wonderful. Overall we had a great time

Beautiful location but facilities were dated. There were painting supplies in one closet rendering it useless. There were a total of 6 hangers for both closets. In order to use the screened in porch, we had to do a deep clean on all the chairs and table. There were about a half dozen lightbulbs out throughout the unit. Having been in the tourist property rental business for a number of years, I know that I would never had allowed this property to be rented in the condition it was in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the linens luxurious. Home was well-stocked with everything we needed. Beach gear was an added bonus. Tyler was very helpful and quickly responded to my messages. Highly recommend!

Nice stay , restful stay...

Tyler was an excellent communicator..any questions he gets right back to you. Great location near about nice 15 minute walk to the beach, close to Sanctuary, Tomasso's restaurant 2 minutes away. Nice decor everything in working order, great bed. We'll be back.

Fall golf getaway

Loved the property. Nicely updated and very centrally located to all major activities. Great location literally next to the tennis center and across the street from Turtle Point golf course. Communication with property management was prompt and helpful.

Great Stay

Our family had a terrific stay at this villa. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was great to communicate with and replied right away with any questions I had. We used the screened in porch a lot for meals. I would definitely recommend this property.

Had a great week. Place is very clean, everything worked and most of it seemed brand new. Walk to the beach is very easy and beautiful. We rented bikes for the week and had fun exploring the island and riding on the beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would highly recomed a stay here

Great spot in Kiawah

Perfect beach condo for the family. Great setup of rooms and comfortable. Beach is .5 miles away walking or a quick bike ride. The wagon, 4 chairs, cooler and speaker were a great bonus. Thanks for the stay!
