Cabin is in a great location. Well stocked kitchen. Management was easy to communicate with. We had 2 dogs with us & it was good for walking them, exception to the comfort of our pets was a spot in fence behind cabin that’s unfinished so neighboring dogs came uninvited as apparently no leash law in this area.
Very nice location and very clean. Didn't like the (Matteris) beds. The extra rental contract was not necessary. Just extra paperwork and charges if you don't follow the rules.
Overall a very nice property. It was great having the BBQ.we enjoyed being able to walk to the state park and lake cascade.Unfortunatly many of the towels smelled of mildew. I reccomend they replace all of them.
This is a great little cottage. Clean, stocked with everything that was needed. The location was beautiful and very, very quiet. It was a perfect spot for just the two of us and our 40lb dog.
The hosts were super thoughtful about almost everything. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the cabin was very clean. They even started the heater before we arrived, which was super nice! We loved our stay!
Easy check-in for this cute little cabin in the woods. 5 minute walk down to the beautiful, sandy, and quiet beach! It felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. It was a perfect size house for our family of 4, plus our dog. It has a great deck too! Kitchen is stocked well. Cons: There is a camp trailer area above with free roaming dogs running through the neighboring properties. Watch your pets and kids! Bring your own bath towels. The bath and hand towels smell of mildew horribly. I tried washing them and it didn’t help. Just bring your own. We chose to use our beach towels! Great place overall! We had a blast.
We loved how cozy the place was. You had all the things we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We would and will definitely be coming back soon!Thank u!!
Wonderful location, hiking trails nearby were awesome. Cabin was perfect and everything we needed was available and in good condition. Would defiantly come back
The cabin was very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and just hanging out. We would book this cabin again.
The one thing that would be nice is a map of how to get to the beach shown in the welcome book.
We had a great stay at this cozy home in Cascade. The driveway is a bit narrow and steep so 4-wheel drive is a good idea in winter. The layout of the home is great for a family or two couples.
Everything about this property is awesome, BUT make sure that you have studded tires/ four wheel drive/chains before you try to drive in this neighborhood! It will make your life much easier and less stressful in the winter.
The cabin was immaculate. The kitchen amenities provided were exceptional. Driveway could be challenging for ‘low’ cars . Very nice deck and peeks of lake. Close to Crown Point trail and lake.
Beautiful and exactly as advertised. Lots of ‘essentials’ already in house so we didn’t have to use much of what we bought eg toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, seasonings etc
Nice place, comfortable and clean. We went in the winter, so took the car to get places and didn't do a lot of walking around, but it doesn't look like it'd be that tough to get to the lake from the building.
This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Very well stocked. Didn’t need anything because it was already there.
Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone.
Great home and location. Quiet and secluded but just minutes from downtown Cascade. Well equipped kitchen and a beautiful front deck. Short hike to Cascade Lake and beaches from a trail head right across from the property. Deer wander through the property every morning.

Cabin in Cascade Mountains during Christmas
The property was well maintained, and their amenities were upgraded. The cabin was stocked appropriately for 4 Adults. The accommodations were comfortable, stove fireplace cozy and overall, an enjoyable stay. Just make sure you read through the management contract for specific details.
This is our second year staying at this property. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen and bath are well-stocked. We were surprised to not find any foil or baggies this year. I didn’t bring any because you had them last year, but we made do. We did have an issue with the deck and deck furniture not being clean both last year and this year. We spent some time cleaning the chairs and table and sweeping the deck. Also, the BBQ is not usable. It’s rusty and beyond cleaning. It would probably behoove you to buy a new one. The dishwasher broke on our last night there. Appliances have to break sometime, it was just our (un)luck. The property managers were very timely with their response, however. All in all, I would recommend this cute little cabin. The nearby trail leading down to the Crown Point Trail and beautiful beach is well worth taking! It’s also very quiet and sitting on the deck hearing the birds sing and enjoying the cool breeze is a treat.
Cabin was very well equipped! Had everything we needed.
Short walk to the lake... Hint: The cemetery close by will have two trails on either side. If you take the trail away from the cabin, it will be an easy (scenic) hike down to a very quiet beautiful beach area.
Will be back.
Great little place and loved the wood stove on the cold nights! The driveway was super difficult in the winter, had a diesel truck and that wasn't good enough getting in the first day. Got stuck. Would be amazing in summer for sure!
