The apartment is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a secured residence with free parking in the basement, electric gate, security guards 24/24 and surveillance cameras.

The residence has a lagoon pool set in beautiful gardens; it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the city. It is supervised and maintained throughout the year. Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided free of charge.
