Lovely beach front apartment
This is a lovely beach front, 2 bedroomed apartment overlooking the picturesque blue flag Arenal-Bol Beach. Perfect for the family.
The entrance to the apartment is situated in the heart of Calpe just off the Gabriel Miro and is right next to the beach side promenade with bars, cafe's & restaurants. The promenade stretches for 2km along the beach via a stunning, bustling port where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. There is an excellent supermarket a 1 minute walk from the apartment entrance. A car is not required as everything is in walking distance, but for those who want to explore the local towns (Altea, Moraira, Javea, Denia) there is a private car parking space.
This spacious, bright and comfortable apartment has been recently renovated. Both bedrooms are full size double bedrooms with air-conditioning. The master bedroom benefits from a sea view with glass doors opening onto the large balcony.
With breath-taking views over the Mediterranean, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy fantastic outdoor lunches or evening meals and watch the world go by. The balcony boasts seamless bi-fold windows which can be closed to create a dining room in the winter months.
Wi fi is available for an additional cost if requested when booking.

The location of the apartment on the beach front and in the heart of the village is superb. All the amenities are within walking distance allowing for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has been renovated this year and is a bright and spacious apartment with fantastic views.
What makes this property unique
As you prepare meals in the kitchen you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea. The location is great for all ages with the beach on your door step together with great restaurants, bars, cafe's and a fully stocked large modern supermarket situated within the next apartment block.
