Very calm apartment, any comfort, very clean, neat decoration, big terrace of 30m2, ideally located in residential area.
Recent construction, close to the historic heart of the city, the House of Culture with its language school, and the Hospital Center.
The beaches are nearby. A path along the cliffs you there to the nearest located about 300mts. Every Saturday morning market fruit and vegetables 'the mercadillo' at 50mts above the avenue will allow you to supply you with the best prices and quality not to boast. Throughout the Mediterranean range according to the seasons; artichokes, asparagus, zucchini, peppers, oranges, lemons, melons, watermelons etc ..

Well located near old town with easy walk to beach and shopping. Well equipped kitchen. Bedding and towels could be improved. But overall we were very comfortable. Parking in building was excellent. Check in was very helpful.

Big flat with garage

The flat is big and really good distributed. Rooms and bathrooms are separate from kitchen, entrance and lounge. Has a really big terrace. Due to being on the basement/first floor, it is even now in June not too hot. The kitchen is really marvellous, big and ends in a beatiful round corner near the big windows, where you may sit confortably not only for breakfast. The garage is really confortable at this time of the year, since it is very difficult to find place to leave the car at the street. Also very confortable when you arrive with suitcases. And the car is not burning when you use it. The only disadvantage is that the building is really the street up. The way to the beach, to the promenade or to the shops needs a big effort. Not the best idea for older people, people with health limitations or little or school children. In the other side, it is very near and at the same level as the old village. There you may find a nice atmosphere but no shops.

Schönes und gepflegtes Apartment

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment. Jean-Pierre ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles entspricht genau der ausführlichen Beschreibung im Inserat. Man kommt zu Fuß direkt in die kleine Altstadt und kann zum Strand laufen. Zusätzlich hat man einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage für den Mietwagen, wer die Parkplatzsituation in Calpe kennt, weiß das zu schätzen. .

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Jean Pierre, le propriétaire est très attentionné et très sympathique. sehr schönes und großes Apartment. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist gut. Super war auch die Tiefgarage. Die 2 Bäder waren hervorragend für eine Familie und die Küche groß aber etwas spärlich eingerichtet, hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nur gefrühstückt haben. Wir werden das Appartment im Herbst wieder mieten.
