The Beach Club will be under construction with the replacement of the lower slope roof. Some areas may be temporarily inaccessible, and guests should expect periods of construction noise and activity. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption while maintaining a safe environment for guests, residents, staff, and contractors.

Eligible guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a VayKLife credit of $30 per night. Guests can use the credit toward participating beach and recreation rentals and experiences, allowing you to choose what works best for your stay.

Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided
Parking is available for up to two vehicles
During Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day periods, parking is limited to one vehicle
Boats, trailers, campers, and RVs are not permitted
Spring Break groups, student groups, chaperoned groups, weddings, receptions, parties, and other events are not permitted

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable

Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund
Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund
