The pool area (additional charge depending on the week chosen: contact me for rates) consists of a large pool, solar shower, sun loungers, and two garden seating areas with breathtaking views.
Pool towels are included.
An evening event until 10 p.m. is offered with Corsican music and soft lighting overlooking the illuminated nighttime bay.

In a quiet location, far from the nighttime noise of the city center, a spacious, independent 750 sq ft air-conditioned villa (living room AND bedroom) with a 520 sq ft terrace overlooking the sea
This large air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment can sleep 4 + 1 travel cot and comprises
=> a large living room with dining area,
=> a lounge with large flat-screen TV and sofa bed (140x190), all with bay windows opening onto the terrace.
=> a spacious open-plan kitchen with bay window also opening onto the terrace + bar area, fitted and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 3-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

=> a hallway:
=> a separate wall-mounted toilet,
=> a spacious shower room with towel radiator, shower, sink unit with plenty of storage space,
=> a large, beautiful air-conditioned bedroom also with a bay window overlooking the terrace, featuring a very large closet and a very large 180×190 bed that can be separated into two beds if needed, nightstands, and a dresser.

On the terrace there is a dining area, a new plancha grill, a deckchair area and two garden furniture sets.
There is a sea view from the garden furniture set and a side view from the rest of the terrace.
The property has bay windows with roller shutters and awnings.

Free private parking within the enclosed grounds. There is a 50-meter dirt track before you reach the villa.

*New for 2023* A sea view pétanque court awaits you on our property for moments of fun (pétanque balls available free of charge).

A baby kit can be provided on request for an additional €45, consisting of a travel cot, high chair, children's crockery, baby monitor, and toys.

Your accommodation is ready to welcome you, so all you have to do is enjoy yourself: cleaning, towels, and bed linen are mandatory when booking. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Please pay €200 on site for these services when you arrive.

Iron and ironing board in the accommodation, as well as numerous beach accessories (beach chairs, parasol, etc.).

A starter kit will be provided in the kitchen and bathroom.

Flyers and essential addresses will be available in the accommodation, which I will give you so that you can enjoy an exceptional stay with friends, as a couple, or with family.
