Natural gas 6-person hot tub may take up to 45 minutes to heat depending on outside temps. If you plan on using please ensure you inform us to turn it on and leave enough time for it to heat prior to arrival. *Extra fee for heating!
★POOL★
The pool is no deeper than 5 feet (considered a play pool) and was recently redone in pebble tech. There is a beautiful waterfall feature that is available to guests free of charge. *Extra fee for heating!
★ PET FRIENDLY★
All pets require Pre-Approval; and $60/pet. It is expected no "traces" left behind, or the owner will be charged additional fees on top of the $60 pet fee.
★ PELOTON BIKE★
Use at your own risk!
Must be 16+ years of age to use. Please wipe down/clean after each use. Disinfecting wipes/material provided nearby.

There are 3 public parks offering both outdoor and indoor play with plenty of parking. Courts are located in Cholla Park, Horizon Park, and Victorium (Indoor Courts). No more than 3-15 minutes away from home.
