We enjoyed the home, its large kitchen and the pool area. Only things that kept it from a higher rating were warn and stained carpet in the master, damaged wall in the hallway and only 2 lounge chairs by the pool.

Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen (except wine glasses). The pool area was the only area not up to our expectations. The pool only had two old mismatched lounge chairs and a table with uncomfortable chairs to sit in around the pool. The cornhole boards were completed warped and looked like they had been outside for 20 years. We spent at least one whole afternoon at the house and woud have loved a better outdoor situation.

Pool was nice. Kitchen was very nice! A ridiculous number of emails and texts were sent prior to check-in, and the guest number in the welcome book was disconnected. This made it difficult to reach someone to address the abundant bugs in the kitchen. It was eventually rectified, but it was not an easy process. Combined with the broken blinds, toilet paper holder, and couch, it’s not a company we will look to stay with in the future.

This time of the year no need to pay for heated pool, was warm enough.Back yard needed a lots of attention. 2 dead trees on north side of property needs to be removed. One of the ladies was afraid it would fall on the house. Couch leg in the office/5th bedroom fell off while one of us sleep on it. There is a step down into that office/bedroom, which one of us ladies, fell and hurt ankle badly. Need to mark it somehow!!The rug in that bedroom had a mark in the center of rug, that was there when we arrived.2 of the bathrooms toilet paper holder loose and starting to fall off the wall, should be easy to tighten those back up. Bathroom sink closest to front door, slow to drain, that should be an ease fix.Blinds in the master bedroom were croocked and out of shape. Toaster oven does not work wellExcept for dead trees, easy fixes!

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at this house while visiting my daughter. There is plenty of room for all of us and all of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing and they even left us with supplies to have during our stay. The checkout process was wonderful. It’s the first home. I’ve stayed at where they didn’t have a list of things for you to complete before you left. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was beautiful and our family felt right at home right away. Kids were in the pool within 2 minutes of arrival and had a blast throughout the stay. Double shower was a real game changer. Great kitchen/living room setup. Garage parking was a plus. Immediate access to nice paved walking trail. Would love to stay here again.

Great location but… not a great house.

This is a great location for a stay while watching spring training, but the house is not as it appears in the online photos. Since those photos have been taken, the house has been used pretty hard and the wear and tear is quite evident. The house was not well cleaned upon our arrival, with dust and dirt in all the corners, very dust filled air vents that sprayed dust into every room when the hvac system finally began to work after requesting/waiting for a repair tech for almost a day, and bathroom rugs/floors were covered in white flakes and pink sparkles. The two bathrooms with shower curtains had moldy inner curtains so we only used one bathroom (master bathroom) because it had a glass door. We did not request to have the pool heated, but we were surprised to see that it was very dirty. We figured we would have a clean but cold pool to use. We did not get into the pool. The poolside chairs were too broken to sit in and the yard games were also broken. All in all, this is a safe, well located rental but at the price point, it lack of cleanliness, aged looks, wear and tear on the house, and dirty pool very much disappointed our family.
