Tranquil, friendly and convenient location.

Very peaceful setting in a community where EVERYONE waves and says "hi". The unit is convenient to everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Communication is excellent with any questions being answered within minutes. We like to change our vacation spots every summer, but if we return to the Lake we will definitely check the availability of this unit first.

Awesome vacation in Southdown Shores!

Our family enjoyed staying at this vacation home. Great location to private beach, marina, playground, and pool. The house was clean, and all the beds were very comfortable. The owners responded promptly to any questions or needs. All in all, a great stay!

Fabulous week at Lake Winnipesauke townhouse South Down Shores

Very nice condo in the gated community at South Down Shores on the lake. Place had everything we needed including owner's lending us the Golf Cart which was wonderful for getting around , getting to the beach ( though you can also walk it in 20 minutes). The pool was a fantastic addition because not all condos in the larger community have pools. Great WiFi , nice big screen TV in living room. Comfy coaches. Beds also very comfy. Lots of beach towels if we needed them. AC was 1 unit on main floor and 1 upstairs in 1 bedroom. AC was good and needed as it was a warm week. Finally, Elizabeth the owner was wonderful and always responsive to every question. Overall, we had a great week at a great place.
