Welcome to our newly renovated Meredith home! Enjoy all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer; conveniently located just a five-minute's drive from downtown Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee & Weirs Beach.
Enjoy a relaxing experience with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a patio w/ fire pit, king and queen size beds, & full kitchen. Great location for bike week in Laconia, concerts in Gilford, trips to the lake, the boardwalk at Weirs Beach. ice fishing derby in Meredith & hiking trails!
This home includes a full kitchen w/ bar top and stools which connect to the dining room. There is 1 bathroom w/ a shower stall only (no tub) and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests should use the side door (kitchen entrance) where the keypad is installed.

-Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of basement, attic, and dedicated closet for cleaners) and yard.
-Exterior camera (kitchen door) is used to monitor/record entrance 24/7 for your safety and ours.
-Private driveway with space for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on size)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please take the trash to the barrels inside the white container by the basement door.
-Please put the bed sheets and towels on the floor in the bathroom.
-Please put the dishes in the dishwasher
-Please start the dishwasher (detergent is under the sink)
-Please do not take any linens, towels, or any other items that belong to the house.
-Please turn off the AC unit(s) and/or any fans.
-Return thermostat to 65 degrees F.
-Lock the door behind you when you go.
