Pretty family house with a heated swimming pool, carefully furnished and ideal for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children)
It is located in a quiet residential area close to the center of La Baule (3 mins by bike and - 10 mins on foot), the beach (5 mins by bike and 15 mins on foot) as well as many shops nearby.
On the ground floor a comfortable living room and a dining room with open kitchen offer access to a terrace bordering the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, 2 with double bed and a "dormitory" type with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds.
The house is equipped with a bathroom and a separate shower room and toilet on each level.
5 bikes are available.

Séjour d'une semaine à 3 en famille

Maison spacieuse, agréable, avec une très belle piscine et un grand jardin, vélos à disposition. Nous avons moins apprécié l'emplacement à côté de la zone commerciale des Salines, et à l'arrière de La Baule. Marion et le concierge ont tt fait pour faciliter notre arrivée. Il faudrait par contre rendre l'accueil sur site plus chaleureux, avec entre autres un guide qui comporte, en plus des consignes, des adresses de restaurants, des conseils d'activité, de visites, les bons plans de la presquîle pour ceux qui découvrent..., et prendre quelques nouvelles des hôtes lors du séjour pour s'assurer que tt va bien :-) Egalement mettre un peu plus qu'un drap de douche par personne à disposition, et revoir la literie. Sinon quartier calme, voisins sympathiques et bcp d'espace dans la pièce à vivre au RDC, jolie déco. La presqu'île de Guérande est tpujours aussi belle et captivante.

Perfect for a relaxing family holiday

We had a fabulous time! The house is spacious and clean, very well equipped, and the pool is warm, a good size and regularly maintained. The location is excellent, 10 minute cycle to the lovely beach, 5 minute walk to a good supermarket and great boulangerie /patisserie. Also very close to a Doctor's surgery, which we needed for one of our granddaughters. Highly recommended and we would love to return.

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, la maison est très bien équipée, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine de l’extérieur (transats, barbecue) ou des jeux pour les enfants. La propriétaire nous a même mis à disposition un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien! En plus elle est idéalement située, dans un quartier calme mais à proximité d’une très bonne boulangerie et d’un supermarché. A une dizaine de minutes à pieds du Marché de La Baule.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La description de la maison correspond parfaitement à la réalité. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et dotée d’une magnifique piscine. La mise à disposition de vélos est un plus. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre de la Baule.

Belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace. Un supermarché et une top boulangerie à 100m. Un vrai plus : les vélos et une superbe piscine chauffée. La seule problématique : la qualité médiocre de la loterie.

L annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et l équilibre entre la proximité du centre et des plages et d un centre commercial est parfait. Piscine chauffée est un vrai plus.

superbe maison très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans cette maison ! Nous somme partis à 2 couples avec nos enfants, et c'était parfait. La terrasse est très agréble, les enfants ont passé leurs journées dans la piscine... Nous avons tout fait à pied car tout est facilement accessible : un supermarché à 5 min, les plages à 15 min... La maison est très propre, très joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle, je la recommande ! Nous y retournerons dès que possible !

Cette location est idéale pour des vacances en famille même si celle-ci est grande! Entièrement refaite, la villa est conviviale, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très pratique et très agréable à vivre. De grands espaces, des pièces lumineuses et la terrasse sur la piscine garantissent un vrai moment de détente ! Sa situation est idéale. Elle permet de se rendre à la plage et au cœur de la ville à pieds et en quelques minutes de profiter de toutes les distractions de La Baule sans les contraintes de bruit ou de stationnement!
