Bonjour, Je suis désolé de lire votre note de 2/5 pour notre maison. Concernant le branchement HDMI, j'ai tenté de vous aider dès que possible, même tard le premier soir, et n'ai malheureusement pas reçu de réponse à ma question pour résoudre vos problèmes. Je dois également exprimer ma déception quant à l'état dans lequel la maison et le spa ont été laissés. Il a fallu un nettoyage approfondi de la tuyauterie du spa, une situation inédite jusqu'à présent. Nous nous efforçons de maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et de propreté pour tous nos locataires. Nous avons toujours eu des retours positifs et c'est grâce à la coopération et au respect de chacun que nous pouvons offrir une bonne expérience à tous. Je suis surpris et déçu par votre évaluation, surtout en considérant les efforts fournis pour rendre votre séjour agréable. J'espère que vous comprenez l'impact que de telles situations peuvent avoir sur notre capacité à continuer d'offrir un service de qualité. SEJOUR PARFAIT !!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ! Il y avait tout le nécessaire et le logement se trouve à 15min de Toulon et 20 de hyeres donc pour aller à la plage c'est parfait :) Je recommande !
