Consider Serenity Beach House, a fully furnished home nestled in a quiet community near area beaches & Solomons Island, a popular destination. It’s also close to North Beach, Chesapeake Beach, Leonardtown, and California, MD where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, farmer markets, and galleries. This house is situated on two large, flat lots, for tranquil evenings seated under the stars. It is located close to two, private community beaches in Chesapeake Ranch Estates. Guests can borrow a hanging beach pass/decal (and must return it before check-out to avoid a steep replacement fee. This smoke-free property is also pet-friendly. Contact the host to register up to 2 pets (with a daily fee per pet). Consider booking this property for your personal use; however, it’s not available for hosting events with unregistered guests.

I am a retired project manager who enjoys the ease of beach life, in my spare time.
Why they chose this property
This property is nestled in a serene, quiet community; yet, close to beaches and Solomons Island (where I enjoy excellent restaurants and nightlife). It is quaint with lots of small, friendly shop keepers; yet, it is also very close to California, MD where you can find all of the large retail businesses. It is also a leisurely drive to other key destinations like North Beach and Point Lookout Beach. Perfect for business travelers and small groups seeking a leisurely get-away.
What makes this property unique
It is a great get-away. Kids bike and play in the community and frolic at two private community beaches. This property has a large fenced backyard (located on two lots). Ideal for vacationers and business travelers. Located nestled in a quiet community several miles from Solomons Island, a key destination.
