About this property

Fully renovated waterfront cottage with private dock on Mill Creek in Lusby MD. Located less than 45 miles from the capital beltway, next to Solomons Island and only 15 minutes by paddleboard or car with lots of shops and restaurants. Bring your boat and jet skies. There is a boat launch less than .5 miles from home. The perfect destination for fishing/crabbing, boating, water activities, or just relaxing with a book watching the boats pass by from the living room or lawn.
The upper level is completely renovated with a new kitchen, bath, and 2 bedrooms: the kitchen, dining, and living area offer panoramic water views. A wood stove and firewood are provided for the cooler months.
The lower level allows families and friends to spread out with a Foosball table, a large leather sectional with a smart TV. A wet bar with a beverage fridge leads you to the shaded patio with a teak dining table and outdoor shower. The lower level also has a bedroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The bathroom has also been fully renovated with a walk-in shower.

Escape from the City

The house is amazing and much more beautiful in person. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating. I cannot wait to book this lovely home again as I plan on using this house for future weekend get aways with family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is absolutely beautiful…inside and out. The view from the house was beyond amazing and the sunsets were even better. The house was spotless and had everything you would need made available to you (except for food). The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent hours on the dock relaxing, fishing, crabbing and enjoying the breeze and the sun! Enjoyed using the kayaks and touring the area from the water. Loved every minute we were there and were sad to see our week go by so quickly. A gem of a find! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Great spot for a quiet summer vacation

The Boathouse was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We really appreciated access to everything available: paddle boards, kayaks, crab traps, bait and accessories.

Awesome property!

This was an awesome place for a long weekend. The house came equipped with anything you need…kayaks, crabbing equipment, even bait. It was a fantastic place to spend with the family.
