The home has a pool, Jacuzzi outside cold water, Jacuzzi bath inside, fireplace, fenced in yard and outstanding views. The large living room opens to an cover seating area pool, dock with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom , opens to the pool, Jacuzzi and waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need . Large two car garage you will find washer/dryer, bikes, grill, beach chairs, beach towels and more!

Large 2 car garage will hold 10 foot trailer, 1 car or 2 cars. Driveway can hold 4 cars.

Two Living rooms each have sleeper sofas, nice and open overlooking the water, great for handicapped, TV in everyone Room and more!

$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets more needs approval, cats need to be declawed if not request approved To heat the pool there is a $35.00 daily fee. Minimum age to rent the home is 28 years.

Enjoyed our quick stay!

Elaine was very responsive and helpful. The only misfortune in our adventure was that heating the pool costs extra. This understanding was missed by our party in the description. Now this would not be an issue for some as they come from a cold climate, but as a native Floridian, that water is cold in the spring! They would have turned it on for us, but it would not have heated up in time. The location made everything easy and the property was spacious and lovely. Thank you, Elaine.

Great Property!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and our interaction with Elaine and James. They were very good hosts. The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views from the dock incredible. A few evenings we chose to enjoy the sunsets from the dock. It is a short walk not only to the beach but also to many restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to grocery stores and other attractions. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable.

Amazing!

The location is great! The house was very clean and well stocked! The views are amazing! Short walk to the beach. Elaine was an awesome host! She called me when we checked in -on Christmas Eve!- to see how everything was. She responded to all our questions quickly! She also put up a Christmas tree for our family!! She went above and beyond - My mother left something valuable when we checked out. Elaine went to the house and met us the next day to return it. We hope to return soon!

I have 4 vacation rental homes that I have been renting since I enjoy traveling, I have 1 cat and 2 English Cream Dachshund. As you can see all my homes are Pet Friendly and one of my products I rep is for Pets to help their joints. Last of all I am the care take for my 92 year old blind mother. Why they chose this property

This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide intra-coastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. Can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short hop away.
Everyone loves walking to get ice cream or food at near by places. Go can ride the bikes up and down Golf Blvd. Some people ride them to Clearwater beach for a day of fun.

Elaine’s house is absolutely wonderful! The outdoor space is amazing. The pool gets a lot of sun and it has a beautiful view of the water. The home is very clean and comfortable. Elaine was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Elaine is very personable with her guests and wants to make sure everything is great! She helped provide tips for local places and was super responsive. Loved our time at her place!

Elaine was an excellent host, with the house having everything you could need. We were here for work and loved being able to relax by the pool and water afterwards!

We had such a great time here. The space is much larger than the photos led us to believe and everything was better than expected! The views were incredible, the location was perfect, and we had a great time. We are local but get a lot of visitors from back home and we'll definitely be bringing them here next time they visit!
