Welcome to “Seaside Beach Cottage” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Welcome to your coastal getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, where our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home awaits. Comfortably sleeping 8, with room for 10 with an air mattress (Not supplied), it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Our newly-designed backyard oasis boasts a heated pool for your pleasure and a sandy area for children's laughter and play. Stay tuned for new pictures of your next vacation paradise.

Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Good location and great pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was heated very well. Thanks to manager for very quick response to our questions.

Better than expected

The property was bigger than the pictures suggest. Perfect for multiple family members with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing some privacy. Open kitchen and living room floor plan and large outdoor covered patio area great for family time. Pool beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Only frustration was getting trying to get a receipt and information from the management. It all worked out but I feel I had to ask for information (receipt, how to enter property, etc.).

The house was well stocked for our extended family. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is well maintained.

Great spot!

I loved the location- near beach, shops, restaurants and nature preserve. Kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The washer and dryer were helpful and the kitchen was nice. My only critique is that I wish the bedrooms that opened to the outside had a deadbolt and/or the fence had a lock. Would have felt more secure with kids. Good place and would recommend. Overall had a lovely stay!
