Welcome to Kennebunkport! This 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house is located in the prestigious Cape Arundel neighborhood of Kennebunkport. This house can sleep up to 12 people comfortably with 4 floors of living space. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! 1st floor features both a living room, a family room, half bathroom, and an elegant dining space with a chefs kitchen to prepare all meals. Relax on the balcony under the pergola with a dining set, patio furniture and gas fireplace. Outback has a BBQ gas grill, patio furniture and a wood burning fireplace.

Excellent property

The property was lovely! We had a wonderful stay. The bedding was excellent. We had a few bumps however Lauren with Coastline Mgmt addressed them quickly. We would recommend this property.

60th Birthday Celebration

This was my first time to Maine. This house was perfect, in a great location we could walk by the water every morning, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house was great, lots of space for everyone to spread out. We had 4 couples so it worked out great.

Great house and location for our family!

It’s a fabulous location. The house is large, so pretty, and well-appointed. The manager was super-accessible by text, but everything went smoothly. So great for our family vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful House & Great Location

Loved our stay here! We rented this for Prelude 2022 and we had a ball both in town and at the house. We had six adults and three kids in our group and it worked out very well. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Coastline did an excellent job managing the rental process and being in touch during our stay. Highly recommend!!
