This house is perfect either for friends to enjoy a long weekend or families that are looking for a peaceful place to disconnect from routine. check it out !!

fully equipped 3 double bedroom and 3 bathroom house, air conditioned throughout. The house comprises of a private, pool, BBQ, garden, private car parking. There is a Flat TV in the living room plus wifi.

satellite dish is intalled (most of euro countries channels)

Its surrounded by 7 golf clubs, the best in algarve. enjoy it

its a peaceful area, just relax, a lot of nice restaurants surround the area and in summer time the best night club is only 2 km away

The House is located in front of the beach, literally 50 meters from a very long stretch of a beautiful beach. Great for families or friends to share.

the cleaning cost, its to cover when the clients leave the property only, if you want to hire a cleaning person during your staying i can provide it with a min extra cost!

Beautiful villa

I stayed here for 5 nights with family and our 3 dogs , lovely relaxing week made great with lovely pool and garden furniture that was really comfy. House was well equipped and clean , WiFi was fast , 2 mins from the beach . overall great experience and I will definitely recommend a stay here. Richard and family Yorkshire

House was clean and spacious. Pool needed to be vacuumed. Only one towel per guest. Camera in living room was a little uncomfortable.

Hello David, camera inside the house is not working, its fake, towels for 2 days is 1 per client of course, its not a hotel, if you stay 1 or 2 weels i provide more towels of course. Pool is cleaned tweece per week, but not its cleaned every day. thanks

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit neuer Terassenüberdachung. Die Gartenmöbel waren leider abgewohnt, aber neue sind bereits bestellt. Auch der Grill war defekt, aber Felipe hat sofort einen neuen besorgen lassen. Der Weg langen breiten Strand ist ziemlich nah und über Stege zu erreichen.

Falta una puesta a punto en general

Para que la calidad se correspondiera con el precio, necesitaría una puesta a punto cada temporada en servicios como aire acondicionado etc, menaje como sartenes ,toallas, almohadas y arreglar toalleros, ventana del baño, mosquiteras y t.v.

buenos dias ! me gustan estos comentarios porque es la unica forma de poder mejorar y satisfacer a los clientes mucho mejor, ya se han renovado los A/C, sartenes ( vitroceramica nueva) lavavajillas, mosquitera, y TV nueva, mas otra para uno de los cuartos :) confió en que si vuelve la valoración sin duda será mucho mejor!

Great house close to the beach

We stayed in the property in October 2018 as a group of 4 adults and 1 child. The key handover was smooth and the owner was easily contactable for any queries we had. We were met promptly at the house and given information on its facilities and how to get the beach which was only a couple of streets away from the house (5 mins walk). The house itself was spacious and airy and the pool area was great. We could have used more sun beds which I understand have been ordered so should not pose any issues for future guests. There is some ongoing construction in the area but the noise didn't bother us too much. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to make use of a beautiful beach and boardwalk from which you can walk easily into Manta Rota and some lovely restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Optei por esta casa devido à proximidade da praia e por ter uma piscina. Fiquei surpreendido com o interior, decoração e facilidades existentes. Material para cozinhar, roupa de cama, toalhas de banho , máquina lavar roupa e louça,.... no exterior existe uma grande área de sofá com sombra que permite relax junto da piscina e observar as crianças. Para quem vai férias com crianças esta é sem sombra de dúvida a melhor opção.

Bestens ausgestattetes Haus in erstklassiger Lage

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen übers Wochenende hier und haben es sehr genossen. Zum feisandigen breiten Strand Praia da Lota läuft man fünf nur 5 Minuten, den nächsten Supermarkt erreicht man zu Fuß ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und natürlich Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Auch wenn das Haus durch eine Reihe Neubauten am Ende der Straße nicht mehr in der allerersten Reihe steht, ist der Blick von der Dachterrasse immer noch fantastisch. Felipe/Carlos war telefonisch bei allem behilflich, Übernahme und Übergabe klappten völlig reibungslos — was will man mehr? Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Os 15 dias que passei com a minha Família na casa do Filipe foram extremamente agradáveis. A decoração é minimalista como convém em férias mas confortável e prática. A piscina com um bom tamanho e os móveis de jardim são também bonitos e apropriados para um merecido descanso. Tivemos apenas um pequeno problema com a troca de roupa que foi prontamente solucionado. Gostaríamos de repetir estas férias.

Schönes Haus mit privatem Pool und Garten, gute Lage nahe am Strand

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit war ok, es war aufgeräumt und gut eingerichtet (Küche etc.) aber uns sind leider etwas zu viele übriggebliebene Haare aufgefallen. Das Haus ist riesig, grosse Schlafzimmer, super Wohnraum, grosse Dachterrasse mit Meerblick (leider etwas schmutzig), ein Pool mit Gartenterrasse und Cheminée zum Grillen. Es gibt einen Autoparkplatz auf dem Gelände und ist mit einem Tor abschliessbar. Leider hat uns niemand über die Baustelle (Mai 2017) neben dem Haus informiert, als lärmempfindliche Person würde ich dies abklären. Die Lage ist hervorragend. 3min Fussweg zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Entsorgungsstationen sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die Ferien in Praia da Lotta sehr genossen.

Excelente opção

Excelente localização a dois minutos a pé da praia. A casa é espaçosa e está bem equipada. A zona é calma, mas é necessária a utilização de viatura automóvel para aceder a supermercados e restaurantes. É uma excelente opção para famílias com crianças pequenas ou grupos de amigos. Sem duvida, a repetir

Moradia com decoração minimalista mas suficiente. Bom espaço exterior. Boa localizaçao, junto à praia, com excelente vista de mar do terraço. Equipada com o necessário para ferias, limpa e confortável. Espaço da piscina muito agradável. Foi pena o mobiliario exterior estar desgastado e algumas peças partidas, o que prejudicou o conforto exterior. Serviço de apoio no local foi eficiente quando solicitado. Proprietário diligente. Recomenda-se, especialmente para familia ou grupo.

Great stay in Eastern Algarve

Spent one week in Felipe's house, great property with a fantastic location in this part of the Algarve. The Lota beach is less crowded than some of the surrounding spots (neighbouring Altura and Mantarota can be noisy at times during the night). The beach stands right in front of the house and main entrance is literally a couple steps away. The property's pool and outdoor BBQ is perfect for the long summer days and late dinners. The house is comfortable and well equipped and Felipe was accessible and helpful before and during the stay, so all in all, definitely a good experience.....
