A beautiful apartment on the 4th floor of a brand-new building, 200 metres from the beach and the MOVENPICK hotel. Well-equipped, with a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, 2 sofas, all air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Satellite TV, refrigerator, and gas hob; bath towels provided.
You’re a 5-minute walk from the medina.
The residence is located behind Taieb Mhiri Avenue
