Located in Saint-Cyprien-Plage, the 3-storey Residence "Les Goélettes" offers self-catering accommodation, providing access to a secure collective car park and a communal swimming pool. Access to the beach directly from the Residence.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift.

The 30m2 apartment is composed as follows:

- Has a 7m2 balcony with sea view with plancha, 1 table, 4 garden chairs and 2 deck chairs.
- A lounge area with a TV, a coffee table and a 140cm sofa bed.
- An open kitchen equipped with a worktop, hob, large fridge, crockery, kitchen utensil, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- A bathroom with Italian shower
- Separate toilet

Check-in time: between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Departure time: no later than 10:00 a.m.

A security deposit of 550€ is requested by Vrbo and will be used for any damage.
Please note: cleaning is not included in the rental.
Cleaning must be done by you before your departure and an amount of 70 euros will be debited from your security deposit if cleaning is not carried out.

Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels are not provided but are bookable.
