The apartment is located a few steps from the lake in a pleasant environment, the proximity to the beaches, the walk along the lake and the old town with its many shops and restaurants, make this apartment an excellent accommodation for holidays and periods of relax, Moreover, at 100 meters you will find an excellent supermarket with everything you need for your vacation.
The train station is within walking distance as well as all the services (transportation by boat to the other resorts of the lake, (the stop for the bus to Verona / Brescia is 100 meters), therefore, also to people who do not have their own car I can pass a holiday in freedom could easily visit beautiful places near us.
Walking or cycling, is all very close and pleasant to discover.

Apartment is indipendent and spread over 2 floors, the ground floor we find the hall with the kitchen, the comfortable sofa double bed and access to the private garden with a veranda where you can have breakfast and meals. On the second floor there is a room with a double bed, air-conditioned, near a room with a single bed, bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room. The kitchen with dishwasher, is fully equipped and available, there is also a corner prepared for the breakfast with coffee machine and water heater and microwave oven .

The nearby beach Golden offers the possibility to rent beach chairs, umbrellas and pedal boats and a few meters from the house begins a cycle lane where you will discover beautiful trails up to Sirmione and inland lake.
If you want to discover the beautiful country around Desenzano, adventurous, romantic or just to relax, you can organize wonderful excursions !!! The harbour with the boat departures to Sirmione, Malcesine, Riva and other towns of the lake is less than a 10 minute walk as well as the bus stop, which you can reach in one minute, to discover the beautiful city of Sirmione and Verona. And if, you want to take a train to quickly reach Venice or Milan you can get to the station in 15 minutes on feet.
The apartment is located in a historic and borders with neighbors, then you need the rules of good neighborliness, respect and common sense, the house must be left clean and in good condition.
