Beautiful beachfront patio

We enjoyed being on the bottom floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was nice to sit out on the patio and just enjoy the view. Convenient to many places to eat and shop. We enjoyed the farmer’s market.

The property was perfect for our family of four. The unit had everything we needed and the location was ideal. The property manager communicated everything we needed to know in advance, as well as recommendations on local spots to try. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet area, updated and clean condo, very clear and detailed instructions.

Didn’t spend much time on the beach as the weather wasn’t the greatest the days I was free but I enjoyed my stay. Quiet area of the beach, not crowded at all and relaxing. Very clean condo with everything that was needed.

You can't beat having the ocean right out your back door! Great location and very nice condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. Owners communicated well....we didn't need anything while we were there but they checked in and we felt like we could definitely contact them if we needed to. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great weekend getaway

Great little place on the beach. Building is older, but the unit is nicely redone and accommodated 4 easily. Onsite property manager was great. Parking is very limited, but he keeps tabs on who is supposed to be there so we always had a space. Very good location, not too busy and easy to get to Amelia or downtown Fernandina. Great location on the beach too, in between the very busy sections with cars on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is absolutely perfect! It is very convenient and close to everything. This 1st floor unit is very ideal if you are traveling with kids. Our kids were able to walk outside and play in our area. They also loved watching the turtles and rabbits. We will definitely be booking again!

Summer Vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family. The access to the beach was great, just a short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand. Everything inside the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry closet were a little cramped at times, but nothing too bad. It was a great vacation!

Would stay again!

This lovely condo checked all of our boxes — the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, etc.). The patio was the perfect spot to take in the ocean while enjoying morning coffee or sunset. The first-floor location was easily accessible for our group, which included one who uses crutches/a walker. I slept like a rock every night thanks to the blackout shades in the front bedroom that block out the hallway light The team was very responsive throughout the booking and our stay.

This was a great location. The accommodations were very comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint was that the rental company provided very few personal items. They did provide us with a small bar of dove soap to use in the shower. however, there is no shampoo or any other convenient toiletry items other than toilet paper. Also, even though there is a beautiful kitchen there are no oil, cooking spices, etc. to help cook your meals. Other than that inconvenience, it was a beautiful stay.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We're so glad the location, comfort, and upkeep of the property made such a great impression, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate you bringing up the toiletries and kitchen staples. We do want to mention that we are transparent about what is and isn't provided in both our listing's amenities details and in the Happy Stays Guestbook that every guest receives prior to arrival, so that everyone has the opportunity to pack and plan accordingly. We understand that every rental company handles this a little differently, and we want our guests to always feel prepared and never caught off guard. Stay Better Vacations
