About this property

The pier is open and the pool has been completely refurbished! Enjoy your vacation in our recently remodeled ground floor, Oceanfront, 2 bedroom. 2 bath condo at Amelia By The Sea. Enjoy having a private fishing pier just a few steps from your back patio. Kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, and all new GE stainless steel appliances. The patio overlooks an updated lush grilling area. You will love the convenience of having the grill only steps away and no need to travel up and down the elevator....just relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the view. Large pool and two tennis courts in this gated community. Bring your bikes and lock them in the rack just outside your front door.

The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a DVD player, a fan, an oceanfront view and room darkening curtains. Don't underestimate the benefit of these curtains if you like to sleep in on vacation. The en suite bathroom has been updated to include a new double vanity with a travertine top, a walk in shower and new tile flooring.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, cable tv, a fan and shutters. We also keep beach chairs, tennis rackets, a shovel, small coolers, a beach wagon and beach toys for your use.

The glass top round dining table is perfect for family dinners and game nights.

The living room is oceanfront and has a flat screen TV, DVD player, Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a chair and ottoman,.....it is perfect for relaxing.

Our favorite spot is the patio....high swivel seating gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. You can stroll out the back and be on the pier, at the pool or on your way to the beach. Try to make it up at least one morning to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins.

The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer. Free Wifi . The SURF restaurant is right across the street....walk to dinner and back. We love to enjoy the music and casual atmosphere.
You'll also be able to enjoy recently resurfaced tennis courts. WIFI is included. We have 5 charging stations throughout the condo.
NO animals are allowed at Amelia By The Sea and this is a NON smoking unit. Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo.
Charming, historical downtown Fernandina Beach is just 5 miles away. Enjoy visiting the unique shops, fine & casual dining and nightlife.
Nearby activities include golfing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch, kayaking, surfing, movie theater, fishing, shelling, hunting for sharks teeth and visiting Jacksonville (35 miles South). There is so much to do!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was just perfect for our family trip to Fernandina. We had never been to the area before and fell in love with it. The condo is centrally located on the island and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. The beach is right out the back of the condo and is beautiful! The shell and shark tooth hunting was so much fun. We will definitely be returning. Norah, the host, was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful!!!

The condo was on the ground flour which was perfect for us. We just stepped out the door and the private pier was just a few yards away. The condo was perfect. Beautiful furnishings and The VIEW was spectacular. Watching the waves was so peaceful. This trip was special in the respect that my sister is very sick snd this might be the last time we are together like this. Wonderful memories!!

Wonderful Beach Condo

Everything was amazing! The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The property owner was very responsive when booking and was available should we have needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at the beach!

What makes this property unique

Even if you don't enjoy fishing you can enjoy a moonlit stroll on the pier. No cars can drive on this part of the beach so you'll be able to relax while the kids run around.
