Upon entering this spacious condo, you're greeted by an entry hall leading to two of the equally inviting bedrooms. Down the hall a bit further, the spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to make and serve meals! The stainless-steel appliances tie in perfectly with the upgraded cabinets and countertops, and a wet bar adjoins the kitchen and dining area, perfect for serving drinks or for additional counter space. A wine fridge can be found in this area as well. The large dining room will all of your loved ones easily.

The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom and displays stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. A true haven of peace, the primary suite features ultra-plush bedding and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and separate shower and tub. Each bedroom has a personal TV, equipped with cable, and the large living room television has a DVD player as well.

Located in a gorgeous gulf-side resort, you'll be just steps from the emerald green water and white sandy beaches offered in Perdido Key. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
