You'll sink into a beachy mood in this cheerful space decorated with upscale ocean-themed decor. The living room minibar features a drink fridge, so you'll never be without a cool beverage. The gorgeous full kitchen features full-size appliances for all your cooking projects, plus fun touches like a French door fridge and an extra long breakfast bar. Two bedrooms features en suite bathrooms, so getting ready in the morning won't be an issue. Central air conditioning can keep everyone cool and comfortable while the private washer/dryer preps your swimsuits. In addition to a wonderful oceanfront location, guests can enjoy access to a gulf front pool and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center during their stay. You'll be able to see the shared pool from the balcony!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic location for our family

We loved Spanish Key 204. The condo was very-well laid out, supplied, and clean. It had abundant space for our family of four, with everyone having their own bathroom (key for teenagers!). We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely love to stay here again! Our opportunity for improvement would be for the building to heat the main outside pool in March since a lot families will be staying there for Spring Break, and the weather can still be a bit cool.

Beautiful condo for families

We were drawn to this property because of the 3rd room with two beds. It was even better than expected because they added bunk beds recently and the room had 3 beds, so kids didn’t have to share. Loved it and impressed with how quickly the owners of the property responded to messages.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Lots of space, very clean, & a beautiful view! The kitchen was stocked with several appliances & dishes, and the entertainment center had lots of games and movies! So fun! We had the best time and we hope to come back again!!
